The Cleveland Indians recalled left-hander Tyler Olson (Gonzaga University/University High School) from Triple-A Columbus to take lefty Boone Logan’s roster spot.

Olson was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the seventh round in 2013. He made his major league debut with Seattle in 2015 and pitched briefly for the New York Yankees last season.

Olson has also been briefly with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Kansas City Royals organizations.

Olson is 1-1 in his MLB career, with both decisions coming while with Seattle.

Logan will miss significant time after being placed on the 10-day disabled list with a strained muscle in his back.
