Performances of the award-winning musical “The Book of Mormon” scheduled for May 5-10 at the First Interstate Center for the Arts have been canceled.

Individuals who purchased tickets to “The Book of Mormon” through the TicketsWest box office, ticketswest.com or broadwayspokane.com will automatically receive a full refund.

After 2,828 performances and 360 playing weeks across North America, the producers of “The Book of Mormon” announced Tuesday that the Jumamosi Co. tour, its second national tour, had ended its run.

Scheduled through summer, the tour was closed early after multiple engagements were canceled for public health concerns surrounding the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The final tour performance of “The Book of Mormon” was on March 11 at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles.
