USA Network’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ is virtually casting now

Season 18 of “The Biggest Loser” premiered on Jan. 28 on USA Network.

The campaign for the upcoming season of USA Network’s “The Biggest Loser” says it all: Are you ready to take control of your life and transform your health for the future? Be a part of a life-changing series with incredible trainers and coaches, and compete to win a major cash prize.

Also a requirement to be cast in “The Biggest Loser”: You must be an individual who is looking to shed 100 or more pounds. “The Biggest Loser” is one of the most popular and longest-running reality-TV competitions in TV history and ran for years on NBC before being revamped for USA Network.

Applications are available at blcasting.tv.

Bob Harper, a former personal trainer and coach on “The Biggest Loser,” succeeded longtime host Alison Sweeney in 2016. Harper, who recently appeared as a guest mentor on the current season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” on VHI, was joined on the most recent Season 18 of “The Biggest Loser” by trainers Steve Cook and Erica Lugo starting on Jan. 28.

The season’s winner was Jim DiBattista, a Philadelphia-based youth football coach who lost 144 pounds, or 37.4% body fat. Caroline Rhea was the first host of “The Biggest Loser,” and previous trainers include Jillian Michaels, Dolvett Quince, Anna Kournikova, Jennifer Widerstrom, Jessie Pavelka, Cara Castronuova and Brett Hoebel.

There is no deadline right now for online casting, a publicist for “The Biggest Loser” said.
