ITD sets Nov. 19 hearing on whether to allow hearings on megaloads

Idaho Transportation Department Director Brian Ness has scheduled a hearing for next Friday, Nov. 19, on the petition to intervene by opponents of the ConocoPhillips megaloads. That’s the hearing on whether or not the department will hold a full contest-case hearing on the proposal.
