On tonight’s “Idaho Reports,” I join Jim Weatherby, Kevin Richert, and co-hosts Aaron Kunz and Melissa Davlin to discuss the events of the fifth week of the legislative session, including the Idaho Education Network developments, instant racing, and bills on guns and abortion.
