Souza: Why Allow Duncan to Have His Way Again?

Mary Souza: I see this from a different angle: Why allow Duncan to have his way again and manipulate his surroundings by dictating his terms? What if we appease him by agreeing to his plea bargain, then when it gets to the Federal level, all the Anti-death penalty groups march and demonstrate, and the Feds back down? Duncan deserves the death penalty for his crimes--probably more than any other criminal in the history of Idaho! Let's do the right thing here and not equivocate or appease. Shasta, the family and the whole community will rest better knowing this psychopath can no longer ever "work the system" to get his way, he will be gone.

DFO: A solid opposing view. Thanks, Mary.
