Here’s what Cindy would do if she were a stranger visiting paradise (Coeur d’Alene):

1. Attend a Cda city council meeting and note how many times council members make eye contact with community members.
2. Register to vote in Cda.
3. File a lawsuit about something. Anything.
4. Spend a day looking for free parking in downtown Cda.
5. Get drunk at a local bar and a.) shoot someone Or find a garage to poop in.
6. Make an offer on Duane Hagadone’s boat or house.
7. Take a picture of Mudgy and Millie and try to explain them to folks back home.
8. Go to Hudsons Hamburgers and ask for fries or a booth.
9. Do the Ironman course alone and award yourself first place.
10. Go to the Spokesman Review office. Tell them Dave says you can have a free paper.
