A Berry Picker writes: "After the crazy years when my property value went up about 20 percent each year, they're falling about 15 percent each year, according to the recent notice from Assessor's office. The value of the home is about the same, but the land value has dropped off sharply. I know that overall values are down. I'm wondering what areas got hit hardest.
