CPD Report Of Proxygate Available

Last week, you read about the decision by the Latah County prosecutor's decision not to file charges in the county GOP Central Committee Proxygate caper, which involved a challenged proxy ballot filed on behalf of Kelly Chadderdon. The ballot made the difference in a 31-30 vote by the CC to disinvite controversial Richard Mack to speak at the annual Lincoln Day Dinner. Some members called for a private investigation of the proxy ballot & overturned the full CC vote, reinviting Mack. You can read the Coeur d'Alene Press story about the outcome of the Latah County investigation here. And, for the first time, you can read the Coeur d'Alene Police Department report re: its investigation of the challenge ballot w/Latah County prosecutor's cover letter here.
