Sho-Con: Washington’s Nullification

Shoshone Conservative: Let’s see how many who criticize attempts to “nullify” Obamacare come out in praise of WA’s and CO’s attempt to nullify Federal drug laws ... Anyway, once this goes into effect, and the State gets nice, handy lists of marijuana dealers to tax, let’s see how soon before the feds get a hold of said lists, and engage in mass DEA raids.

Question: Sho-Con has a terrific point. We rip Vito & Co. for their nullification stand on Obamacare. Didn't Washington just vote, in effect, for nullification of a drug law?
