How Many Local GOP Sects Are There?

After Blogfest 2013, I hung out with three conservatives who attended the annual event: Jennifer Locke, Bjorn Handeen and Northerner from Bonners Ferry. We discussed the difference between the Tea Party and United Conservaties of North Idaho, and the Tea Party and Reagan Republicans. Duane Rasmussen has assured me that the Tea Party is a distinct group from the other two. Jennifer and Bjorn agreed. So, Bjorn figured their might be 7 different factions of local Republicans on the Central Committee alone. So here's an attempt by Huckleberries to identify them (in no particular order):

  • Tea Party
  • Reagan Republicans
  • Rally Right (religious right)
  • United Conservatives of North Idaho
  • Reasonable Republicans
  • Ron Paulers
  • Republican Women/Pachyderm clubs (social)

Question: Who did I leave out?
