Richardson: Otter Misses Target Again

Like many who know and respect Judge Winmill, I am bewildered by Gov. Otter’s bizarre comments about the judge. In 2007, I wrote a profile about Judge Winmil for The Federal Lawyer, the magazine of the Federal Bar Association. I shared this profile with Idaho Statesman columnist Dan Popky who linked to the article in his blog. It is a long read, but — I hope — a good one.
