2nd quake hits Lake Pend Oreille

Bonner County officials confirmed a 2.6 earthquake hit near Sandpoint on Monday around 7:00 a.m. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the epicenter was at Lake Pend Oreille. A 3.4 earthquake hit the same spot on Nov. 23rd, a week before. Reports came into KREM 2 from Ponderay, Sagle, Sandpoint and Spokane about feeling the earthquake/KREM 2. More here.
