Poll: Plurality Optimistic Re: Future

• Monday Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation is “elated” or “cautiously optimistic” about the future as a result of 2 Supreme Court rulings last week — in favor of Obamacare and gay marriage. 67 of 277 respondents (24.19%) said they were “elated, it paves the way for a brighter tomorrow,” and 59 of 277 (21.3%) checked “Intrigued, it leaves me cautiously optimistic.” OTOH, 86 of 277 (31.05%) voted “Ugh, the country is going straight to hell in a handbasket.” Others voting were: 46 (16.61%), who voted “Incomplete, we still have a lot of other problems to solve,” and: 8 (2.89%) voted: “Meh, it doesn’t directly affect me.” 11 (3.97%) were undecided.
