Poll: Flag photo will help Scott

• Vacation Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation says the photo at the Priest River Timber Days in July, showing a smiling state Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, will help, not hurt, Scott in the 1st Legislative District. 190 of 389 respondents (48.84%) said the photo that Scott posted on her personal and legislative Facebook walls will help her in ultra-conservative Bonner and Boundary counties. 80 respondents (29.57%) said constituents will quickly forget about the photo, and 54 (13.88%) voted “meh.” Only 43 of 389 respondents (11.05%) said the photo will destroy Scott’s political career. 22 (5.66%) were undecided.
