“Lake’s friendliest homeowner” lives on a rock

A woman who owns a house on Lake Coeur d’Alene has caught the attention of lake goers for her reactions to cruise boats. Judy Moore owns the prominent house on top of a massive rock along arrow point on Lake Coeur d’Alene. “It’s fun. I wave at all the boats, if I’m out there,” Moore said.
