PSAs, the new HucksOnline feature for public service announcements, kicks off with this poster for the 2nd annual North Idaho Cider Chili Cookoff. Keith Allen of North Idaho Cider Facebooks: "It's North Idaho Cider Chili Cook-Off time again! This event is all about raising money for the awesome folks at the Kootenai Humane Society! It's 2 events actually, a fundraising dog walk starting from the Humane Society facility with registration at 10AM, dog walk starts at 10:30am and it ends at our chili cook off which starts at 11AM!
