Bradway: Local GOP doing well

In a second recent letter to the Coeur d'Alene Press editor, Don Bradway, a Republican Precinct Committeeman, comments:

Reports of the GOP’s death are greatly exaggerated. As Chairman of the Lincoln Day committee for the KCRCC, I am happy to report that our latest Lincoln Day, “Making America Great Again Begins In Idaho” set both attendance and fund raising records. This is not surprising as 53 percent of Kootenai County registered voters are affiliated with the Republican Party compared to 9 percent for Democrats. The Idaho GOP summer meeting, held in Coeur d’Alene, was a HUGE success and featured the nationally known conservative author, Bill Whittle.
