Robyn Nance/KXLY: ‘I do not understand!’

“I do not understand! One drunk driver kills a father and his 2 young daughters and gets ONE YEAR in jail (he was sentenced last week in Kootenai Co), another drunk driver kills a teenager and seriously injures another and gets 10 YEARS (sentenced yesterday in Spokane Co). Help me understand. I get that every case is different and there are intricacies, but, is this an Idaho/WA thing? Is it because of the drivers’ backgrounds? Ethnicities? What?
