Biker in fatal crash was convicted killer
The biker killed in a crash Wednesday had been a member of the Ghost Riders motorcycle gang and served time in prison for killing two people, news archives show.
Michael W. Fraser, 51, died when his bike slid more than 200 feet into an oncoming car on North Market Street, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
Fraser, whose alias among Ghost Rider members was Herpes, was convicted of killing two people and had been an associate of Ghost Rider leader Al Hegge, who is serving life in prison for murdernig a Spokane police officer in 1983.
