Washington Obamacare increases below U.S. average
Washington officials say the average increase for health care premiums will be 13.6 percent next year, but there's a pretty wide variation among the 151 plans being offered by 13 companies.
For plans bought on the Washington Health Plan Finder, the average increases vary based on the level of coverage, but are far below the 25 percent average increase the federal government announced earlier this week for the federal exchange plan.
