Car not where it belongs
A Spokane Valley Police Officer is reporting a car jammed between a utility pole and the building that houses Old Country Buffet at Sprague and Pines. No word on how the driver got there.
12:52 p.m. update : An officer just requested that a structural engineer come by and check the building.
