Second State of the City speech tonight

Spokane Valley Mayor Tom Towey will give his second State of the City speech tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, 17909 E. Broadway. The mayor will talk about the city’s accomplishments and then accept questions from the audience. If you can’t make tonight’s speech, there are two more scheduled in April.
