SV man arrested for trafficking in stolen property
Spokane Valley Police recently arrested a Spokane Valley felon on charges of first degree trafficking in stolen property. Victor A. Luna, 30, reportedly purchased stolen items and had other people pawn them for him. The SWAT team made the arrest because of Luna's history of 10 previous felony convictions, according to a police press release.
