Appleway Trail ribbon cutting
About 100 people gathered under the hot sun this morning to witness the official opening of the Appleway Trail. Mayor Dean Grafos and dozens of Spokane Valley dignitaries,politicians and business owners cheered when the Mayor and Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO Katherine Morgan cut the ribbon.
