That Sheriff’s contract with Spokane Valley…

I just read through a bunch of the comments on this morning's story about Spokane Valley's settlement with Mike Jackson, and once again the law enforcement contract with the Spokane County Sheriff's Department is brought up.

The contract is still in effect and it's not secret - it's available here on the city's website.
