Today I begin a new program to help serve readers of The Spokesman-Review: free stuff. Yes, I mean free stuff. As in books. This is the sequel to Bear’s novel “Darwin’s Radio,” winner of the 2000 Nebula Award, which is handed out annually by the Science Fiction Writers of America to the best sci-fi novel of the year.
