Some horror stories end well

Received the following e-mail on Friday from Spokane filmmaker Wayne Spitzer :

“Just wanted to let you know that ‘Monstersdotcom’ has been selected to screen as part of the prestigious North American Science Fiction and Fantasy Film Festival at Cascadia Con in September. It will be showing:

Thursday, Sept. 1 @ 4:40 pm

Friday, Sept. 2 @ 9:40 pm

Sunday, Sept. 4 @ 8:40 pm

The convention runs Sept. 1-5 and is being hosted by the Seattle Airport Hilton and Conference Center. Guests of honor include sf author Harry Harrison (“The Stainless Steel Rat”). Tickets are $110 if preregistered; $125 at the door, and $55 for children.

Entry into this festival is extremely competitive and no one is more surprised to have made it than us.”
