Keep it simple

Most of the newsroom spent an hour or so today in a workshop on “alternative storytelling,” that is, finding ways other than a linear narrative to present the news. It’s all part of the big redesign that will debut soon, which will shrink the size of the paper. We’re going to give it a try with the news of the day out of Iraq - stay tuned…
