Issue: Holiday rudeness
DFO: Eric Anderson of our office was waiting in the checkout line at KMart the other day when a thirtysomething woman cut in front of him and demanded that the clerk call the Toy Department. Ms. Ill-Manners wanted to know if the store had a certain type of toy car. The clerk made the call but couldn’t get anyone to pick up. So, the woman stomped off muttering about having to check for herself. Worse yet, the clerk said the woman’s behavior is becoming all too common.
Question: Have you witnessed any unusual examples of bad behavior among shoppers this Christmas season?
