Bankruptcy plan announced

The Spokane Diocese announced its bankruptcy plan today, with details on assets and proposed payouts. Also, we’re told, it contains some rather sordid descriptions of the types of offenses the lawsuit targets, which we’ll do our best to present as descreetly as possible.
