While Demo congressmen foam and fuss about partial privitization of Social Security, they’re compiling a nest egg in a plan that’s very similar to the prez’s proposal. Writes Dan Lips/Americans for Prosperity: “In total, the three million federal employees have amassed about $100 billion in their Thrift Savings accounts. It’s a safe bet that hundreds of Democratic congressmen and their staffers are taking advantage of the federal government’s generous individual retirement account program.” Sounds like hypocrisy.
