Peanut Gallery — Hagadone’s Fireworks

It was noted last week that Mr. Haggahagga didn’t contribute to the July 4th fireworks … well, he had to save his money for the fireworks that were shot off near the golf course tonight. I got home about 9:30, and I could see the fireworks from my front porch. Better to spend money for fireworks for a relatively few people, I guess, than to contribute to a July 4th fireworks celebration that is enjoyed by far more people! Such is big business, I guess.

DFO: When I’m made King of the Universe, Hagadone’s annoying odd hours fireworks displays for rich cuss-tomers will be no more. However, we have to give the devil his due. The Duane pays for the after-Thanksgiving fireworks display downtown that kicks off the Christmas season. That’s a decent gesture.
