Hogwarts on the Spokane

We’ll be out with the other Muggles at some of the Harry Potter parties (say that five times fast) tonight - look for a Page One photo and story tomorrow including - hopefully - a few early reviews.

Former presidential candidate and Democratic Pary chair Howard Dean was in Boise today to paint the town blue, and reporter Betsy Russell scored an 8-minute interview. On the other side of the line, a federal judge struck down Washington’s “top two” primary today.

… on the whole good news/bad news debate: Today’s feature on good guy Bruno Costa was the seventh most popular story on the site as of 5 p.m. Looks like there was an appetite for the story, but interestingly, it fell just behind the ever-so-cheery City faces $6 million shortfall . Don’t say we didn’t try…
