Blogging for Supreme Court Vacancy
The Center for American Progress is launching a new blog about the Supreme Court nomination battle. The blog is a unique platform for former clerks and other experts to share their insights and opinions about the Court and the upcoming nomination of a new Justice here .
“The bloggers here mostly clerked for the Supreme Court in recent years,” writes Robert Gordon, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress and former law clerk for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. “We’re now mostly young professors, litigators, and even the odd political hack who remembers clerking as the best job he ever had. Bloggers won’t dish about their year at the Court, or curse like the guys in the clerks movie. They will, however, offer thoughts about the very important decisions before the President and the Senate.”
