Question: Mebbe I’ve been too hard on BNSF. After all, it’s obvious it is trying to change its ways by spending all that money to retrofit the depot and then taking Hauser/Rathdrum residents for another ride. Do you think BNSF is busting its engines to turn over a new leaf?
