Issue: Ethics Committee votes to censure Sen. Noble, strip him of leadership position /Idaho Statesman.

Mike Kennedy: Personally I would have voted to expel him. I watched his testimony on public TV and his testimony, his arguments in committee, and read all the reporting on it. Remember that he ran against Risch for the Senate, barely losing, and in that race there were significant questions about his campaign tactics and veracity. This guy is a lame duck and should have been expelled. Maybe the full Senate will do so.

Question: Should the full Senate bounce this lame duck? Or follow the Ethics Committee recommendation to censure him?
