11:45 a.m. Spent 45 minutes yakking with press sec. Dan Whiting of Larry Craig’s D.C. office, but couldn’t get him to reveal inside info re: Sandy Patano’s potential run for Congress. All Dan’d say was: “She’ll win if she runs.” ‘Twould be nice to have a North Idahoan representing us in Washington.
