Q & A — for KCSO

Question: I haven’t seen anything printed recently in regard how many of the inmates at the KC jail are actually State inmates? Over the weekend, I read where the State shipped 302 inmates to Minnesota to cut down on overcrowding. Is our local overcrowding caused in part by the pipeline clog of State inmates? I would have posted this on HBO, but didn’t see an appropriate subject. Should have ask last week! — Duffer.
