1A … or not 1A?

Today’s update on the South Hill killings will certainly draw the interest of a lot of readers, but does that make the story worthy of page one play? There isn’t a whole lot of new information, but the story does advance somewhat, and the story is anticipated to be our best-read because of overall interest in the crime. On a better news day, the story would run on the Region cover.

Also on page one tomorrow: the City Council is expected to make a decision on a resulution endorsing purchase of the Rookery block tonight; and an HR error could be costly for the Spokane Transit Authority.
