DFO: In 1997, former Boy Mayor Steve Judy raised a record $14,502 in his successful race to unseat incumbent Al Hassell. In recent days, we’ve discussed council wannabe/HBO commenter Mike Kennedy’s fat warchest of $13,445 to date. Now, we learn that some folks haven’t raised a dime for their council races. And Mayor Sandi Bloem hasn’t spent a dime.
