The Sky’s The Limit …
The new control tower at Spokane International Airport rises up out of the West Plains Thursday morning as construction workers make another pour of concrete. The tower will be the tallest in the state when finished at 230 feet above ground when finished in 2006. The $23 million dollar job includes advanced radar control — and Washington’s highest porta-potty/Christopher Anderson, Spokesman-Review.
