CDA Press: Growth Should Pay For Itself

Kootenai County and other areas of our great state are flush with the newfound riches that escalating property values and a strong overall economy have fostered. We’re spending those riches and committing future fortunes smug in the certainty that the good times will just keep rollin’. History tells us they won’t. Maybe we won’t crash and burn, but some serious market corrections are an absolute certainty.
