Moran Vista breaks ground
A project to expand Moran Vista Assisted Living, on Spokane’s South Hill, is finally underway.
Workers started grading and filling land on the north side of 57th Avenue on Monday.
When completed, the three-story building will have 82 units, with 20 catering to assisted-living residents and the others available for independent seniors.
