Cuppa Joe was once a Spokane County sheriff’s detective. Then came that career-ending day last June when he exposed himself to a barista babe at the On Alert espresso stand in Airway Heights. I have no knowledge as to whether Cuppa Joe was on alert or at ease at the time – so please don’t ask. The wise move for this guy would be to quietly relocate to another country under an assumed name. Peter Pervertsky, say. But Cuppa Joe has instead thrust himself back into the news.
