Additional Info : Fernan Tower is being proposed by Charter Builders LLC and designed by ALSC Architects for Fernan Village along Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive. It is a mixed-use project with about 10,000 square feet of retail, 20,000 square feet of office space, parking for 250 autos and 210,000 square feet of condos — about 115 units. The project is in the schematic-design stage and is anticipated to be 20 to 30 stories and 220 to 300 feet high. The renderings and photo composite depict a 30-story structure.
