Extra! Hession Schedules 3 P.M. Press Conference

Spokane Mayor Dennis Hession is expected to call this afternoon for an outside, independent investigation of the Spokane Police Department’s handling of events surrounding the homicide death of Otto Zehm. Hession has scheduled a press conference for 3 p.m. at City Hall where sources say he likely will order the investigation.
