County Commissioner-elect Todd Tondee (re: rumor that he’s backing Tami Martinez to fill his spot on Post Falls City Council : Just to set the story straight the mayor has the sole responsibility to appoint any council seat that is vacated and the whole council approves or denies his recommendation. Now that you mention it I think Tami would do an excellent job. I hope she applies.
