Working on fun new daily newscast
Sasha Davis and Thuy Nguyen, two college journalism majors who are working here this summer, have worked this week on ideas for a daily video newscast. We’re not trying to imitate TV in any way. We thought we’d share the first “beta” attempts for your enjoyment.
The following is what they came up with today. It’s “condensed news” — headlines from today’s newspaper as read by people they encountered on the streets of Spokane. Let us know what you think. (You’ll need the latest version of Quicktime )
