Music City building still waiting
The project to create 14 to 18 condos in the former Music City building, at 1011 W. First Avenue, is temporarily on hold, while the developers finish another project and create a master plan for the block.
Chris Batten, co-founder of RenCorp, general contractor on the project, said the plans could be completed in December.
